When was the last time you played or did something just for fun without any other reason or motive?
How can you bring more joy and playfulness into your daily routine?
What negative self-talk or limiting beliefs are holding you back from living the life you want?
What are some ways you can nurture and take care of your inner child on a daily basis?
Can you identify any recurring patterns in your life that stem from childhood experiences?
What emotions come up when you think about your inner child? Are there any that you have been suppressing or avoiding?
How can you use your inner child’s energy and curiosity to fuel your passions and purpose in life?
